1/ How to calibrate the Sampl'air?
AES CHEMUNEX offers several calibration solutions depending on your calibration needs.
- On-site calibration of your air samplers by a service engineer (with a calibrated bench, traceable to international standards)
- Calibrate the Sampl'air your self by buying or renting the dedicated calibration bench
- Return the units to your authorised AES CHEMUNEX distributor for calibration
- Return the units to AES CHEMUNEX head quarters

2/ How often should I check and calibrate the Sampl'air?
Due to its superior accuracy and reproducibility, the Sampl'air shall be checked and calibrated only once a year

3/ How to install and qualify the Sampl'air?
IQ- and OQ files are available from AES CHEMUNEX or its distributor

4/ What is the impaction speed?
The air speed has been carefully selected to obtain the best collection rate at any particle size but gentle enough to ensure the best growth rate (16.8 m/s - 100 l/min, Health Protection Agency validated performance)

5/ Is it possible to test the unit before buying?

6/ How to guarantee samplings traceability?
The Sampl'air Pro version enables the print out or download of sampling parameters (direct connection to a printer possible). The Sampl'air Data Manager software (included in the Pro model) is 21 CFR part 11 compliant.
